Job Title: Pediatrician

Location: Corsicana, Texas

Salary: We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate and are willing to negotiate based on experience. Our compensation package includes a commencement bonus, relocation assistance and marketing and CME expenses. For graduating residents, a stipend is also available and medical education loan repayment assistance may be provided.

Job Summary: Seeking a qualified and experienced pediatrician to join our medical team and provide quality care to our patients. We are open to both experienced and new graduates. The position requires both inpatient and outpatient work, with the inpatient work limited to assessing newborns prior to discharge. The call schedule is 1:4.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Identify and assess patients’ conditions

-Provide treatments and medications

-Monitor the progress of patients

-Refer patients to specialists when necessary

-Maintain accurate medical records

-Provide education and advice to patients and their families

Qualifications:

-Doctor of Medicine Degree or equivalent

-Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas

-Board certification in Pediatrics

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

-Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Experience and Skills:

-Previous experience as a Pediatrician

-Knowledge of pediatric pharmaceuticals

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Knowledge of pediatric emergency treatment

-Proficient with medical instruments and technology
