Job Title: Otolaryngologist
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary for an Otolaryngologist to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position provides the opportunity for a quick-ramp up period and a generous compensation package, including relocation assistance, commencement bonus, CME assistance, medical education debt repayment, and visa assistance if needed.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Otolaryngologist to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position requires a specialty in Otolaryngology (OTO) and experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcomed to apply. The successful candidate will need to be able to handle a variety of cases, provide excellent patient care and work collaboratively with the existing OTO team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive plans of care for patients with a variety of otolaryngology-related issues
– Diagnose and treat a range of conditions and diseases of the ear, nose, and throat
– Coordinate with other medical professionals to ensure the best patient care
– Educate patients and their families on proper care
– Ensure accurate medical records and documentation
– Participate in research and other scholarly activities
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field
– Be available for call 7-10 days per month

Qualifications:
– Medical degree from an accredited university
– Board certification in Otolaryngology (OTO)
– Eligibility for licensure in the state of New Mexico
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Commitment to providing excellent patient care

Experience and Skills:
– Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Otolaryngology (OTO)
– Proficiency in current otolaryngology-related technologies
– Ability to interpret and analyze medical images
– Knowledge of clinical research principles and processes
– Experience with clinical procedures and surgeries
