Job Title: Otolaryngologist
Location: Crystal River, Florida
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary and WRVU incentive model, a commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, as well as CME expenses and relocation assistance.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Otolaryngologist to join a well-established medical practice in Crystal River, Florida. This position will include both inpatient and outpatient hospital duties, as well as outpatient office duties and shared call coverage with 1 other provider. The ideal candidate will be board certified with ABMS/AOA and have experience caring for adult patients. New graduates are welcome to apply. Office space is currently available.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the ear, nose and throat
– Ensure patient safety during diagnosis and treatment
– Perform surgeries or other procedures to correct physical and functional disorders
– Provide appropriate patient care and follow-up
– Manage patient medical records
– Communicate with other medical professionals

Qualifications:
– Board Certification or Eligibility with ABMS/AOA
– Licensed to practice in the state of Florida
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience and Skills:
– Comprehensive knowledge of Otolaryngology principles and practices
– Experience with inpatient and outpatient care
– Ability to perform procedures and surgeries
– Ability to assess and diagnose patients
– Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency with EMR systems
