Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon
Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
Salary: We offer a competitive salary, production incentive bonus, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and medical education debt assistance up to $150K. A commencement bonus of $100K is also available.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced orthopedic surgeon to join a reputable single-specialty group in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing the highest quality of orthopedic care to their patients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions
– Perform procedures such as generalist, total joints, trauma, and hand surgery
– Maintain patient records in compliance with established protocols
– Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in providing exceptional patient care
– Remain up-to-date with current medical protocols, techniques, and treatments

Qualifications:
– Must be board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
– Must possess a valid medical license in the state of New Mexico
– Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of orthopedics
– Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Must have a commitment to quality patient care

Experience and Skills:
– Must have knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system
– Must have familiarity with standard medical instruments and protocols
– Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Must have the ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations

We also provide a flexible work schedule with an optional 2 weeks on/2 weeks off block schedule.
