Oracle Developer (Manufacturing Module)
Our client in the food services industry, an internationally recognized brand, is seeking an Oracle Developer to join their team on a full-time basis to support the Manufacturing module. The individual in this role will design, develop, enhance, deploy, document, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Applications, Adhoc Reporting and Interfaces. This person will provide quantifiable solutions to complex problems that create data-driven decisions by translating business requirements into technical specifications and liaison between IT and the business teams.
Oracle E-Business Suite Applications Development – Design, develop, enhance, document, deploy and maintain the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications for our operations groups in the Manufacturing Production, Inventory, Advanced Supply Chain Planning and other ancillary systems like Demand Planning and Transportation Management. Contribute to the strategy for application development within McIlhenny that supports the business units in making data-driven decisions.
Development & Support – Design, develop, and maintain other custom applications as needed. Support our Operations team by developing, maintaining, testing, and correcting issues as they occur with Oracle E-Business Suite. Provide technical support for Oracle applications, APEX applications, databases, and reports.
Projects and Requests – Analyze customer requirements and identify and implement strategies that exceed the expectations of the business team—management of manufacturing systems and interfaces related to production, logistics and quality.
Training – Maximize the use of the software by training users, interpreting instructions, and answering questions. Provide user training on Oracle E-Business Suite Applications, functionality, scheduled reports, and ad-hoc reporting capabilities.
Help Desk – Resolve issues or request additional information as they are assigned to you quickly while ensuring open communication and transparency with the person who opened the ticket. In addition, provide technical support for Oracle applications, including working with technical support staff to resolve issues.
Performs after-hours and weekend support when on call approx. once every 6-8 weeks.

Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, Informatics or similar four-year degree and 5-7 years of experience in related field
5-7 years of systems analysis, systems design, and development experience required, including extensive experience in development with the Oracle EBS Manufacturing module
5-7 years PL/SQL experience
ERP Integration, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Transportation Management Systems, Demand Planning, SharePoint, Power Apps experience preferred
