We are seeking a developed leader to bring their experience to help us continue our pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. You’ll be communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Team Members and Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Most importantly, the Operations Director should have the ability to connect, lead, and motivate the team.

The Operations Director holds the most senior position at the restaurant and must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. This Director reports directly to the Owner/Operator, and is responsible for overseeing all operations in the restaurant and managing the other Directors, Leaders, and Team Members. 

Pay Type: Commensurate with experience

  • Full-Time
  • Open Availability Required
  • 50-55 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

  • Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Operations Director
  • Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback during shift huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Leads team and leadership meetings and provides the executive summary for the leadership team
  • Makes changes in the restaurant and uses problem-solving skills to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
  • Responsible for managing inventory, placing the truck orders, and facilities management
