Job Title: Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN)
Location: Port Charlotte, Florida
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary package for the right candidate. In addition to the salary, our offer also includes a commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, CME expenses, relocation assistance, and temporary housing assistance.
Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join our team in Port Charlotte, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality obstetrics and gynecology care to our patients. The role will involve a diverse case load, including Urodynamics, with an expectation of 80-90 patients a week and one to two surgeries per day. We have office space and call coverage available.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat diseases of female organs
• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal and postpartum care
• Manage high-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecologic surgeries
• Provide contraception advice and assistance
• Monitor patients’ progress and provide follow-up care
• Maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications:
• ABMS/AOA Board Certification or Eligible with Certification in Process Required
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Florida
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of OBGYN experience
• Knowledge of obstetric and gynecologic procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use of EMR systems
• Knowledge of clinical standards and protocols
