Summary:
Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
Additionally, the Administrator must also operate the facility in accordance with the facility’s budget.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.
Possess three (3) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.
Must posses a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Wisconsin.
Have not received state or federal deficiencies at a scope & severity above a level G.
Must be able to read and interpret financial records, reports, etc.
Must be knowledgeable of federal and state anti-discrimination and anti-harassment employment laws and regulations
Must have a sincere caring for and interest in the elderly and have the ability to communicate policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc., to personnel, residents, families, and government agencies.

They currently operate several skilled nursing centers in several states with nearly 4,000 beds.
The facility serves 70 residents. The community is small which allows our staff members to provide complete personalized care. The patio and seating area is perfect for residents to enjoy a summer day, and our meals are just like mom used to make. The facility provides short-term rehabilitation, respite care, hospice care, and long-term care
The company is offering a salary starting at 90K and up depending on experience and the person must have a proven track record and stability and not a job hopper. A full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement is offered as well.
