Job Title: Nocturnist Hospitalist
Location: Vicksburg, Mississippi

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Nocturnist Hospitalist to join our team in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organized and reliable individual with excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a strong patient focus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide clinical care for hospitalized patients on nights and weekends
-Coordinate and manage the care of hospitalized patients
-Perform physical exams, interpret lab results, and develop treatment plans
-Code patient encounters and procedures
-Respond to medical emergencies, including vent management and intubation
-Assume responsibility for leadership and management of patients, staff, and resources
-Participate in quality improvement activities

Qualifications:
-MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
-Board certification in Internal Medicine
-Current license to practice medicine in the state of Mississippi
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Current BLS and ACLS certification
-Board certification in Internal Medicine
-Current license to practice medicine in the state of Mississippi
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Current BLS and ACLS certification
Experience and Skills:
-Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience
-Experience with inpatient care, including ICU care
-Experience with vent management and intubation
-Experience with code management and procedures
-Leadership experience is a plus
