NetSuite Administrator

We are currently working with a Solar Panel organization located in the Sacramento Area (95765) that is looking for a NetSuite Administrator/Implementation Specialist to take over the NetSuite Infrastructure. This would be a Full-Time Remote role with a rapidly growing Energy organization. The NetSuite Administrator will have a strong understanding of NetSuite and its capabilities, as well as experience in developing and maintaining customizations and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and NetSuite consultants to ensure that business requirements are met and NetSuite is optimized for efficient operations
• Manage the day-to-day administration of NetSuite, including user management, access control, and customization
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and system enhancements
• Support the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and integrations with other systems
• Provide training and support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Lead integrations between systems, work with technical teams on both sides of integrations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
• Experience working with consultants on build-outs, maintenance, and deployments of NetSuite
• Understanding of finance, inventory, and accounting processes within NetSuite
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Strong project management skills and ability to balance day-to-day administrative work with project-based initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
