Job Title: Neonatologist
Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Job Summary: We are looking for a Neonatologist to join a team of 18 physicians and 7 mid-level providers at our client’s obstetrics and gynecology department in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate should have experience in neonatology and a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide care for newborn babies, including managing high-risk pregnancies and preterm deliveries
– Provide supervision and guidance to residents, medical students, and mid-levels
– Monitor and evaluate patients’ health and provide appropriate medical treatment
– Prepare and present reports and research findings
– Follow up on patient care and ensure that all care plans are properly documented
– Participate in clinical and health initiatives

Qualifications:
– Board certification in Neonatology
– MD or DO degree
– Active and unrestricted medical license
– 5+ years of experience in Neonatology

Experience and Skills:
– Demonstrated ability to work with a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to make quick, accurate assessments and diagnoses
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
