We are currently recruiting for a Naval Architect | Marine Engineer for a key client of ours within the Maritime industry. As the Naval Arch, you will be involved in engineering design and project related activities, proposals, etc, for Subsea/Maritime Engineering – vessel based projects.

You will work closely with Technical Engineering, Operations, Project Management on an array of projects; Fleet Technical, Engineering Design, New Construction / Modifications to fleet of vessels, Equipment, and more.

MUST have marine design / vessel design / ship design experience

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Min Bachelors Degree Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering or Equiv
  • 4 – 10 years experience in total in similiar role
  • Design, Construction, Repair of marine vessels
  • Vessel Classification and regulatory experience
  • AutoCad
  • GHS or equivalent stability software
  • Structural Design software such is RISA 3D
  • FEA and CFD
  • Must be US Citizen / Perm Resident
  • Must have valid drivers license, TWIC, and passport
  • Must be ok with spend time on vessels
  • Relocation incentive offered to move to Mandeville, LA
