We are looking for a Marketing Lead to strengthen our client’s brand in the US and continue our expansion, increase our client and prospect’s awareness of our capabilities and grow the pipeline of new opportunities across our Enterprise and SMB sectors.  The ideal candidate will implement the corporate marketing strategy and oversee the development and execution of all US marketing-related activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Global team,  Sales and Leadership to define campaigns, targets, messaging and engage with events: conferences, webinars, dinners, Lunch and Learns, seminars and various other tactics
  • Collaborate with the Global team to create, develop and execute the local marketing plan within the corporate marketing strategy (social media, offline campaigns, repository of success stories, promotional materials and other collateral)
  • Partner Management working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to develop, execute, and maintain marketing initiatives across a variety of channels
  • Execute account-based marketing programs in Pharma / Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Retail firms
  • Implement metrics and maintain the CRM activity  to monitor progress and adapt campaigns for improved performance
  • Plan 360º Marketing activities and manage within a time and cost budget
  • Employer Branding work together with the HR Team to develop both internal and external campaigns to drive awareness and increase employee engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • + 4 years of experience in a similar Marketing role
  • Knowledge in the Data & Analytics ecosystem
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Advanced skills in CRM system such as Hubspot or Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge on Marketing automation/ Inbound Marketing tools such as Hubspot or Marketo
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, but not required
