A high-tech startup in Markle, IN is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer for their high-speed manufacturing environment. The role requires strong experience with scientific testing instrumentation, solid lean manufacturing knowledge, and basic understanding of drives and PLCs.


Process Engineer KEY Requirements:

  • BS/AS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Extensive experience with testing instrumentation
  • Solid lean manufacturing background (certification preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of drives and controls
  • Hands-on experience building small prototypes
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, advanced product quality planning (APQP), and production part approval process (PPAP). They should be able to design and improve manufacturing processes, perform analyses, and create documentation for various manufacturing aspects.

The position offers flexible shift options (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) with paid overtime. The engineer will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in the manufacturing process.


Process Engineer Benefits:
