Managed Care Encounter Data and Claims Manager

Responsibilities:

Accurate reporting of Encounter data to the State
Provider claims processing
Develop and implement systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Work collaboratively with all internal operations and sales and marketing teams to ensure: contract adherence and customer satisfaction
Educate and train Providers on billing guidelines and contract adherence
Hybrid WFR. Reside Ohio

Requirements:

Must be an Ohio resident
4 years of experience with a health plan
Encounter data reporting experience in a managed care organization
Claims processing in a health plan
Proven negotiating and problem solving
Experience working with Providers
Managed Medicaid experience
