Maintain, trouble shoot, and do repairs on our CNC Machines within our Foundry.
Complete preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Train machinists on preventative maintenance techniques.
Use ladder and diagnostic functions on all controls
Align and adjust tools
Repair spindle bearings
Provide time study estimates
Align and interface the barfeed unit
Perform first part runoff; ensuring machine acceptance

REQUIREMENTS:

4-6 years’ experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment (CNC tooling machines)
Electrical, mechanical and automation experience
Proficient in geometry
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, read ladder diagrams and control diagnostics
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrate initiative
