Maintenance Supervisor will lead a maintenance team by providing tasks, instruction and assistance as needed for the team to perform maintenance duties in a heavy industrial environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance team by handling scheduling, training and assigning the team.
  • Ensure department is within budget
  • Hands on Supervisor – Assist technicians with repairs as needed
  • Maintain culture of safety and maintain positive work environment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience supervising maintenance techs on pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent
