Litigation Associate – Business Litigation

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a talented Business Litigation Associate to join their litigation team in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and experienced group of attorneys, offering exposure to high-profile, complex litigation matters.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Georgia or another state, with a willingness to go through the Georgia Bar admission process.
• 18 months to 5 years of substantive experience in business litigation.
• Proficiency in conducting and supervising electronic discovery, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, and arguing motions.
• Confidence in taking and defending depositions, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business litigation matters, working with a skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial, including electronic discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Collaborate on a variety of cases at both the state and federal levels, ensuring top-tier legal services for clients.
• Develop and execute case strategies, working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
