Open Needs include: Full Time
 
Expectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their home.  Follow up visits with patients with home health needs.  Training and benefits available!
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active year clinical experience
  • Active LVN license in Ca
  • Active drivers license with a clean DMV
  • Needs to be IV certified and good at lab draws and wound care
