Expectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their home.  Follow up visits with patients with home health needs.  Training available!
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active year clinical experience in home health with adults
  • Active LVN license in Ca
  • Active drivers license with a clean DMV
