Learning & Development Professional
The Learning & Development Professional is responsible for developing and delivering programs utilizing a variety of media and applying blended learning and instructional design principles. This includes identifying needs, recommending solutions, career development, performance development and similar leadership needs and skills. The role requires the ability to adapt delivery to audience, monitoring participant progress, and evaluating attainment of learning objectives.
- Deliver and develop content/curriculum that improves leadership and job skills.
- Facilitate leadership program delivery.
- Identify and establish tools that assess skills and behaviors.
- Uses blended adult learning approach.
- Collaborates with team and subject matter experts to develop course content.
- Produce eye-catching, streamlined product designs with simple graphics to visually support learning objectives.
- Utilizes a variety of software tools to develop courses.
- Develop evaluation and measurement procedures to assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assesses training completion and reports effectiveness of courses.
- Remains current on talent development trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
- Five years related experience in adult education or training.
- Experience in design and development of training programs.
- Ability to facilitate training programs.
