Ability to lead / manage the Quality department 

 

Approve 1st article parts for each operation, periodic in process inspections, prepare measuring tool for jobs in que, maintain calibration schedules, operate and program coordinate measurement machines, maintenance of precision measuring tools, maintain database of measuring tools, and certifications

 

Interpret blueprints and create inspection plans

 

Operate CMM’s for support of production

 

Audit manufacturing inspections of production runs

 

Create production inspection plans

 

Perform calibrations, routine maintenance on the precision measuring equipment
