Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on labor and employment matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in hearings and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with HR departments and management to develop employment policies and ensure compliance.
- Handle employment-related disputes, including discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
- Stay current with labor and employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in Labor and Employment law.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
