Collaborate with HR departments and management to develop employment policies and ensure compliance.
Handle employment-related disputes, including discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
Stay current with labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
3-6 years of proven experience in Labor and Employment law.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
