Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on labor and employment matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in hearings and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with HR departments and management to develop employment policies and ensure compliance.
  • Handle employment-related disputes, including discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
  • Stay current with labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in Labor and Employment law.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
