TITLE: Lab Director
LOCATION: Warden, WA

What they’re looking for:
•Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science plus four (4) years training and/or experience in high complexity testing.
•Must meet CLIA requirements for a high complexity Laboratory.
•One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role in a hospital Laboratory preferred.
•Nationally recognized certification as MT (ASCP or equivalent).
•Basic Life Support Heartsaver (HS) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
Hours and compensation potential:
•Position is full time
•Range is between $107K-$134K depending on experience.
•Full benefits package including relocation assistance(10K).
What you’ll be doing:
•Under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, the Laboratory Director is responsible for managing, coordinating, and performing the day-to-day operations and workflow of the Laboratory operations.
•Laboratory Director will assist the Chief Administrative Officer with the oversight and implementation of facility related operational planning, budgets, and workflow processes.
•The Laboratory Director is responsible for the selection, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
•The individual in this position shall maintain the highest standards of professional performance for the benefit of the patient, physician, and community, in accordance with the professional standards and ethics of Medical Technologists.
•This position works closely with the Laboratory Medical Director and other department leaders in order to provide quality patient care.
