TITLE: Lab Director
LOCATION: Crane, MT

Live in a small community of around 8K population situated on the Yellowstone River that serves Eastern Montana and offers a low cost of living and plenty of outdoor activity.
Below is the details of the position.
What they are looking for:
•Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.
•ASCP certification.
•3 years of previous lab experience in a Clinical Laboratory. 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
Hours and Compensation potential:
•Position is full time
•The range is between 80K-120K
•A full benefits package including sign on of 15K($2500 when start, $2500 end of 1st year, $5000 2nd year, $5000 3rd year).
What you will be doing:
•Laboratory Director is responsible for managing, coordinating, and performing the day-to-day operations and workflow of the Laboratory operations.
•Join a team of dedicated staff to provide safe and competent Laboratory Services in a fiscally responsible way.
•This position works closely with the Laboratory Medical Director and other department leaders in order to provide quality patient care.
Additional info:
•Position reports to the Senior Executive who has been with facility for many years and is well respected.
•Will oversee around 10 FTE’s. Lab does about 5K test a month. Busy blood bank. They are the largest storage of blood in Eastern Montana.
•Work for the largest revenue producing critical access facility.
