Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Technical Discipline Preferred; Experience Considered in Lieu of Degree
  • 10+ years of experience providing Business Analyst Support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

  • Experience interacting with internal business customers and the Information Technology Team
  • Proven ability to conduct meetings and identify requirements needed to develop solutions/enhancements
  • Proven ability to develop functional specifications for the Software Development Team
  • Proven ability to test developed solutions and provide feedback to Software Development Team
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot ERP issues and/or provide guidance on software functionality
  • Experience in evaluating software systems/tools for potential integration into the existing Information Technology environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)


Job Duties:

  • Reports to the Director of Information Technology
  • Perform day-to-day support of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system
  • Conduct Meetings with internal Business Customers, Technical Teams, External Companies and Consultants
  • Manage Large-Scale Projects to include management of External Partners (Consultants) for adherence to defined project requirements and timeframes
  • Perform Analysis and Testing of business solutions required and developed
  • Collaborate with Software Development Team to deliver business aligned solutions
  • Plan, prioritize and execute activity associated with incoming requests from the Information Technology Track-IT Helpdesk system
  • Develop functional specifications for the Information Technology Software Development Team
  • Develop Reports using ReportsNow
  • Recommend Enhancements/Improvements to Maintain “State of Art” ERP environment
  • Ensure alignment of ERP system with business requirements and needs
  • Create and Deliver Documentation along with functional training to our internal business customers
  • Recommend corrections for issues occurring on a repetitive basis
  • Provide courteous, complete and timely support for end users
  • Work well within a team environment and alongside external partners
