ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. However, other duties may be assigned:

• Business Analysis in the Credit space for structured and non structured products.
• Building solutions to streamline department processes, applications and system workflows using a variety of technologies such as Power BI, Python, and SQL
• Provide Support to fund accounting, middle Office, and front office users relating to, but not limited to the following:
• P&L and exposure reporting
• Cash Flow Analysis
• Regulatory Reporting
• Advent Geneva Set up, Configuration, and Functionality
• Data reconciliation
• Treasury financing, leverage, margin and liquidity
• External Third Party Administrator
• Be a key contributor to the build out of our strategic Azure Data Lake based platform
• Work with cross-functional teams developing business and systems requirements

What You Will Need:

• Python, SQL experiences, data modeling
• Deep understanding of accounting concepts
• Understanding of complex financial instrument setup
• Strong accounting background for fixed income hedge fund strategies. MBS, Bank Debt, Convertibles, etc.
• Must be systems-oriented, enjoy learning new tools and products, and be a self-motivated learner
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners, from peer group to senior managers or service providers
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentation skills.
• Works well in teams as well as a sole contributor

Education:

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university required
