Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist
Location: Kirksville, Missouri

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Interventional Cardiologist to join our team and provide specialized services in our newly renovated cardiac catheterization lab. Our Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center provides routine and preventative cardiac services and manages chronic conditions. Our Cardiology Group practice offers diagnostic services, arterial studies, Cardiac catheterization, Carotid studies, Angiography, Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Stress Testing, Venous Studies, Stents, Device Implants, and outpatient Cardiac Rehab Services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide specialized services in the cardiac catheterization lab
-Manage chronic conditions
-Conduct diagnostic services, arterial studies, Cardiac catheterization, Carotid studies, Angiography, Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Stress Testing, Venous Studies, Stents, and Device Implants
-Coordinate outpatient Cardiac Rehab Services
-Provide teaching opportunities as a part of NERMC’s five residency programs
-Manage chronic conditions
-Conduct diagnostic services, arterial studies, Cardiac catheterization, Carotid studies, Angiography, Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Stress Testing, Venous Studies, Stents, and Device Implants
-Coordinate outpatient Cardiac Rehab Services
-Provide teaching opportunities as a part of NERMC’s five residency programs
Qualifications:
-MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
-Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
-Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Missouri
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
-Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Missouri
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience and Skills:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interventional Cardiology
-Previous experience in a teaching or academic setting
-Ability to work well with a team
