Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist
Location: Gadsden, Alabama
Salary: We are offering an attractive salary package tailored to the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines and the potential to earn a bonus based on productivity. Additionally, the successful candidate may receive medical education debt assistance, fellowship stipend (if applicable), and relocation expenses.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to provide exceptional patient care services in Gadsden, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Interventional Cardiology (IC) and be certified in the specialty.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose, manage and treat diseases of the heart and cardiovascular system
– Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures
– Monitor patients’ progress and provide follow-up care
– Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients
– Educate patients and their families on cardiac health
– Foster relationships with referring physicians
– Diagnose, manage and treat diseases of the heart and cardiovascular system
– Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures
– Monitor patients’ progress and provide follow-up care
– Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients
– Educate patients and their families on cardiac health

Qualifications:
– Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
– MD or DO degree
– Licensed to practice in Alabama
– Knowledge of current technology and equipment
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience and Skills:
– Demonstrated experience in Interventional Cardiology
– Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of HIPPA and other relevant regulations
– Ability to diagnose, resolve and document patient care problems
– Ability to work with patients of all ages
