Job Title: Internist/Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Vicksburg, MS
Salary: We are looking to hire an experienced Internist/Internal Medicine Physician to provide specialized care in our Vicksburg, MS facility. The successful candidate is expected to work a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with competitive salary and benefits package. Experience and credentials will be taken into consideration for the final rate of pay.
Job Summary: We are looking for an Internist/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Vicksburg, MS. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive care to adults, managing chronic diseases, and providing preventive care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases
– Provide preventive care, such as physical exams and health screenings
– Order lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests
– Manage patient medication and treatment plans
– Educate patients about their health
– Develop patient treatment plans and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
– Track patient progress and document medical histories
– Provide quality patient care in a timely manner
– Provide preventive care, such as physical exams and health screenings
– Order lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests

Qualifications:
– Active medical license in the state of Mississippi
– Board-certified/Board-eligible in Internal Medicine
– Previous experience in Internal Medicine preferred
– Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
– Board-certified/Board-eligible in Internal Medicine

Experience and Skills:
– Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
