Job Title: Internist/Internal Medicine Physician

Job Summary: We are looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internist/Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice in Laredo, Texas. Our qualified candidate will provide specialized care related to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with internal medicine related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a wide variety of internal medicine issues

• Provide comprehensive care for a wide range of age groups

• Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary

• Complete comprehensive physical examinations

• Evaluate patients to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment

• Perform laboratory tests and analyze results

• Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure patient satisfaction

• Deliver patient education and information on preventive care

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• Active and clear Texas medical license in good standing

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proficiency in operating medical equipment

• Knowledge of medical laws, regulations, and standards

• Ability to understand and process electronic medical records

• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical and health care

• Familiarity with medical coding and billing

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
