Job Title: Internist/Internal Medicine Physician
 
Location: Kirksville, Missouri

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Internist/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. The successful applicant will provide medical services to patients in an outpatient setting, as well as offer supervision and teaching to resident physicians.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions
• Perform physical examinations
• Supervise and teach resident physicians
• Collaborate with other medical professionals
 
Qualifications: 
• MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
 
Experience and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Internal Medicine
• Clinical research experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in computer systems and healthcare software
