Job Title: Internist/Family Doctor
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary with productivity incentives and quality bonus opportunities. In addition, a commencement bonus and education stipend for physicians finishing training, as well as medical education loan repayment assistance, are available.
Job Summary: We are looking for an Internist/Family Doctor to join our established primary care practice in Bentonville, Arkansas. Our beautiful clinic space contains in-house lab and x-ray, and office space is available. Outpatient clinic call coverage is determined by location and is shared among a pool of physicians.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide patient-centered, evidence-based medical care
•Develop and implement treatment plans
•Order and interpret laboratory tests
•Evaluate patient progress in achieving treatment goals
•Provide preventive care and health education
•Refer patients to specialists
•Maintain patient medical records
•Prescribe medications
•Develop and implement treatment plans

Qualifications:
•Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
•Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas
•Board certification in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
•Excellent communication skills and bedside manner
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas

Experience and Skills:
•Minimum of one year of clinical experience in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
•Ability to work as part of a team
