Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Salary: We are looking for an Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and bonus structure, with the potential for additional bonuses based on retention and quality metrics. We also offer a generous commencement bonus up to $100K, medical loan repayment opportunities, malpractice coverage, and an annual CME allowance. Job Summary: We are searching for a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our busy multi-specialty group in Tucson, Arizona. The hospital is a Level III Trauma center, and the successful candidate will be provided with physician outreach and marketing support to help establish their practice. Our team is looking for someone with high patient volume experience, and support will be provided as the practice grows.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality patient care in an outpatient setting
• Make diagnoses and prescribe appropriate treatments
• Follow up with patients to assess progress
• Create and maintain patient records
• Utilize patient outreach and marketing support to help establish practice

Qualifications:
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Previous experience working with high patient volume
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must have a valid medical license in the state of Arizona

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
