Home Care Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
- In office required 4 of 5 days
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting
- Caregiver recruiting required
- Home care recruiting highly preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media recruitment experience
- Experience attending events
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Taleo/Oracle preferred
