Job Title: Hematologist/Oncologist

Job Summary: We are looking for a board certified or board eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be employed through American Oncology Network (AON) and will be responsible for providing medical oncology services in Vidalia, GA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Provide medical oncology services to patients

– Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care

– Assess patient eligibility for clinical trials and research programs

– Educate patients on preventative care and available treatments

Qualifications:

– Board certification or board eligibility in Oncology

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

– Commitment to providing high quality patient care

Experience and Skills:

– A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical oncology setting

– Proficiency in electronic health records

– Efficient management of patient load

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
