Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of the corporate HTM program and services. Participates in defining strategic direction of the HTM program through short and long-term goal setting, technology assessment and planning, medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor and contract management, fiduciary responsibilities, and required reporting. Focuses HTM program solutions to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at our facility(ies). Creates customized service delivery plans for and develops and motivates the HTM team at assigned facility(ies). Drives compliance with HTM and Corporate goals and objectives. Assists HTM leadership with developing and strengthening facility(ies) and vendor relationships. Ensures that facility(ies) program meets and exceeds regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management. Develops and executes KPI’s.


  • Experience with healthcare technology management programs including leadership Medical equipment
  • Knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc…)
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC,State, Local

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
