Gravure Web Pressman

Atlanta GA Area – Grauvure Pressman Making Products  1st – 2nd – or 3rd shifts available.  Up to $78k paid hourly.  Full benefits, vacation, medical, dental, 401k with matching and more….!!!!

Perform work running web based printing presses using gravure cylinders to product high color, high quality, high quantity printed carton substrate for food, retail, pharmaceuticals.  Duties involve set up, aligning feeding, monitoring and adjusting work on the press through the use of it’s control systems in a 24/7 production facility.  Your job is to keep the press running to meet production goals with maintaining quality standards and providing ongoing basic clean-up and maintenance on the equipment.

Company has multiple plants across the US and needs a person to join their printing team as they have added equipment and seen retirements of long time employees.

Job Functions:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, completing checklists to maintain equipment daily
• Use precision measuring instruments to maintain quality and color standards
• Work with production to plan and adjust schedule where needed to ensure maximum productivity
