The Candidate will be working on both small and large scale projects and must have diverse and proven geotechnical engineering experience in the New York Metropolitan area. The candidate must have strong technical skills, ability to lead project staff and the desire to expand services of existing clients. The candidate is also expected to perform periodic special inspections for foundation subgrades, earthwork, and deep foundations.  The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of proposals, technical reports, specifications and construction plans. The candidate must have previous field experience associated with subsurface investigations and foundation construction.


• BS degree with geotechnical specialty;
• Minimum 5 years of geotechnical consulting and field inspection experience;
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
• Excellent presentation and technical and field report-writing skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be flexible and self-motivated.


  • Master degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • NJ/NY PE License preferred or the willingness to attain PE in other states via reciprocity.
  • Complementary skills or experience relative to our present staff.
  • Competencies in seismic analysis, modeling, or ground improvement technologies.
