Job Title: General Surgeon

Location: Scranton, Pennsylvania

Job Summary: We are looking for a General Surgeon to join our team and provide quality patient care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their field, has a positive attitude, and is willing to collaborate with other medical professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures

• Consult with other medical staff regarding patient care

• Monitor and manage patient care post-surgery

• Maintain patient records

• Provide patient education and support

• Participate in research studies

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree

• Current medical license in good standing

• Board-certified in General Surgery

• Experience in a clinical setting

• Ability to provide patient education and support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of current medical practices and procedures

• Ability to work collaboratively with other medical staff

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent situations

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Proficient in computer systems and programs
