Job Title: Gastroenterologist
Location: Naples, Florida
Salary: We are offering a competitive base salary, a generous commencement bonus, assistance with relocation costs, and assistance with medical debt. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement will be provided.
Job Summary: We are searching for a Gastroenterologist to join our multi specialty practice in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient duties and will have the potential to be on-call 1:4.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with gastrointestinal and related disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Conduct preventative screenings
• Documentation of patient visits and treatment plans
• Participate in relevant research, meetings, and conferences
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest advances in gastrointestinal treatments

Qualifications:
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
• Must possess an MD degree or its equivalent
• Must possess a valid medical license in the state of Florida
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Gastroenterology
• Prior experience in a multi specialty practice is preferred
• Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal treatments, procedures, and best practices
• Proficiency in EMR technology and other relevant software
• Ability to handle complex medical cases
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
