• Four plus years of experience supervising multiple production supervisors at a food plant, two or more years of experience working in an environment with a labor contract and a relevant four-year degree is required
• Pay is up to $120,000
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• No remote as this is an 100% onsite position
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

• Overseeing manufacturing operations
• Ensuring production goals are met
• Resolving any production issues
• Ensuring the plant complies with regulations and meets standards
• Working with union employees and any issues that may arise
• Resolving conflicts
• Making safety, quality and efficiency priorities

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Four or more years of experience supervising multiple production supervisors at a food plant
• Two or more years of experience working in an environment with a labor contract
• A relevant four-year degree
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
