Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Texas.
• 2-6 years of experience representing lenders in connection with the negotiation and documentation of loans.
• Proven law firm experience, with excellent writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent lenders in complex finance and lending transactions, including loan structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Contribute to strategic legal solutions for clients in various industries.
