Join our fantastic home health company.  We are growing and looking for the best of the best nurses to care for our wonderful patients.  This is full-time benefited position.

open to training RN’s with no HH experience as long as they have at least 1 year acute care/skilled nursing experience. This is a paid per visit model, but orientation will be paid hourly.

Job Description

Health Home healthcare nurses provide one-on-one case management for patients in their homes and may involve management of wound care, medication management, medication administration, to patients, intravenous therapy lines, observing and monitoring patients’ conditions, maintaining accurate records and making physician recommendations..

 

Qualifications

  • Active (unrestricted) nursing license in the State of CA
  • 1 year in the past 3 years (professional) nursing experience in Home Health (Medicare OASIS)
  • Valid Driver’s License w/ Clean DMV
