Job Title: Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician
 
Location: Oro Valley, Arizona
 
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary with bonus structure, relocation assistance, commencement bonus up to $100K, medical loan repayment, malpractice, excellent health benefits and 401K, potential retention and quality bonus opportunities, annual CME allowance and referral bonuses.
 
Job Summary: We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician to join our large and very busy multispecialty group. This is an outpatient only, no inpatient work opportunity based out of one dedicated clinic with no traveling. We offer a high patient volume opportunity with physician outreach and marketing support provided. Physicians start with one Medical Assistant, additional support provided as patient volume grows. Office space is also available.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 
• Provide patient-oriented primary care consultations, treatments and care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records with appropriate documentation
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to diagnose and treat medical conditions
• Participate in regular quality improvement activities
• Communicate with patients and families to explain procedures and findings
• Develop and implement treatment plans and preventive care protocols
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention
• Adhere to professional standards of care, legal and ethical regulations
 
Qualifications: 
 
• Completion of an accredited Medical School and residency program 
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine/Primary Care
• Current, valid license to practice medicine
• Proven experience delivering quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
 
Experience and Skills:
 
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population
• Knowledge of current medical procedures, techniques, and best practices
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
• Skilled in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
