Job Title: Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician
Location: El Dorado, Arkansas
Salary: This role provides a competitive salary, with a $50,000 Commencement Bonus, CME Allowance, Relocation Assistance, and a Training Stipend (if eligible). Additionally, there is a $150,000 Medical Education Debt Assistance available.
Job Summary: We are looking for a Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician to join our team in El Dorado, Arkansas. This position requires attendance of C-sections for neonate care & nursery call, and has an anticipated Peds/Nursery call 1:3, and an anticipated Practice call 1:2 – phone only. Our primary care clinic is located on the second floor of the medical office building on the hospital campus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care services that are consistent with the scope of practice of Family Medicine/Primary Care
• Maintain comprehensive medical records of patient care
• Provide comprehensive physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions
• Administer medication and treatments
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment
• Provide preventative care and health education
• Ensure patient safety and provide quality care
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain comprehensive medical records of patient care

Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid license to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas
• Board certification in Family Medicine/Primary Care
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a medical team
• Ability to make sound medical decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Skills:
• At least one year of experience in a Primary Care/Family Medicine setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based medicine and best practices
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws
• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Ability to provide patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
