Job Title: Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician
Location: Dothan, Alabama
Salary: We are offering a comprehensive financial package with a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines and the potential for an incentive bonus based on WRUVs. Job Summary: We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician to join our team of three physicians. This is an outpatient-only position, with the opportunity to do inpatient rounding if preferred. Office space is available!
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide quality patient care in a timely fashion
• Utilize best practices in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients
• Maintain up-to-date records in the patient’s electronic health record
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise mid-level providers
• Follow up with patients as needed
• Participate in hospital rounding if desired
• Utilize best practices in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients

Qualifications:
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine/Primary Care
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Current DEA and NPI numbers
• Up-to-date on all required immunizations and certifications
• Demonstrated history of providing exemplary patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience and Skills:
• Experience with electronic health records
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of coding and billing
