Experience
Extrusion is as much of an art as a science. Our team of extrusion leads average 20+ years of experience meaning chances are they’ve seen or even run most of your shapes.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

·        Coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential

·        Working with customers to develop customized solutions for their fabrications needs

·        Setting up optimized fab cells from cradle to grave

·        Growing business within customer accounts

·        Developing and upholding very high standards of process and production practices

·        Guiding the team to achieve its challenging goals in all areas of the business

·        Implementing and sustaining business system improvements, assisting team members to implement suggestion scheme ideas, and the auditing of standardized work practices

·        You will act as a help chain to the team by guiding the execution of work and utilizing your problem solve skills to assist with production and interpersonal issues, achieved utilizing our tools and systems provided.

To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:

·        A strong processing background

·        Advanced skills with CNC and breakpress machines

·        Project management experience

·        Customer relations experience and business development within customer accounts

·        At least 5 years in metals fabrication experience

·        At least 5 years in team management

·        Validated use of initiative and self-motivation to excel in working with minimal supervision,

·        Highly developed team leadership, communication skills and experience in implementing and leading change initiatives is desired, and

·        The commitment to meet challenges and work with a diverse group to develop and implement strategies across our workgroups.

·        A strong commitment to driving and upholding a positive safety culture, awareness of the operating environment,

·        Proficiency in use of computer and MS Office.
