This full time, permanent Environmental, Health and Safety EHS Manager career opportunity is at a rapidly growing, one hundred year old manufacturing company that treats its employees exceptionally well. There is a great opportunity to grow in this position. The successful candidate will be replacing the current EHS manager that is retiring in the beginning of May but this person could start right away. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
  • Overseeing safety and training on all shifts
  • Participating in all corporate management meetings
  • Leading the EHS team of five direct reports
  • Being responsible for EPA and OSHA programs
 
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • A four year degree
  • Three or more years of EHS management experience
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
