  • Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative, value-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
  • Align with Business teams and Senior Leadership to co-develop / support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Drive revenue within the client / account portfolio by identifying opportunities, solutioning, launching, and orchestrating wide range of data & analytics engagements
  • Serve as principal consultant leading complex transformational initiatives
  • Own and actively contribute to the strategic deliverables, such as vision & mission statements, assessment results, solution visions, strategies, plans & roadmaps
  • Support pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, and helping to close / sign new deals
  • Your performance scorecard will include:
    • Impact on Client Value and Business Growth – achieve target revenue goals
    • Impact on Operating the Business – achieve target billable utilization
    • Impact on Our People and Team(s) – contribute to the Data Practice people initiatives
  • Experience in IT or management consulting
  • Proven track record of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs (50+ people) working with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
  • Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery (BigData, Cloud DWH, Advanced Analytics / MLOps, etc.)
  • Awareness of cloud and data technologies and trends with practical experience with one or more major data and analytics technologies
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lead teams while tackling high level of uncertainty, big number of stakeholders, and tight timelines
  • Ability to facilitate and drive strategy definition
  • Ability to challenge and influence data solution design and technology selection for enterprise data platforms, warehouses, data lakes, and data science platforms
  • Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Expertise/or prior background in media companies
  • Experience in media data analytics
  • Blend Between Technology Consulting & Engagement Management Within Data Solutions
  • Ideally someone who comes from consulting background (Large or Boutique)
  • Someone not far removed from Modernized Data Environments & Technology



  • Experience building data and analytics organizations (center of excellence, data engineering pools, data science teams)
  • Experience running on-site customer workshops
  • Experience in pre-sales activities
